Tags and resources
Contact
Contact persons with address, phone, and email information. Can be linked to customers, suppliers, and other objects across modules.
Email
Emails uploaded into or sent from RamBase. Linked to objects such as customers, orders, or suppliers for traceability.
File
Files stored in RamBase, with versioning, access control, and approval workflows. Can be linked to any object.
File folder
Folders for organizing files in RamBase, with sharing and access controls.
File folder type
File folder type definitions specifying applicable object types and translations for folder categorization.
File requirement
File requirements specify which documents must be attached to specific objects (e.g., a certificate required on a purchase order).
File type
